Privacy Data Handling Consultation & Documentation

Proactively address privacy risks with ESC's Privacy Data Handling Consultation & Documentation Services

The Enterprise Services Center (ESC) provides a comprehensive privacy data consulting service that is designed to help agencies document system privacy data handling processes and procedures. Our team of experts can work with System Owners to create customized privacy handling documentation tailored to your mission and meets all applicable federal guidelines. ESC can also assist System Owners with generating Privacy Threshold Analysis (PTAs) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), which are essential tools for identifying potential privacy risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Our experienced professionals have a deep understanding of the complexities of these assessments and can provide valuable insights and guidance to help your team navigate the process with confidence and render documentation ready for adjudication review by your respective agency Privacy Office(s). These services can help your organization proactively address potential privacy risks, enhance your compliance with federal guidelines, and ensure that your privacy data handling processes and procedures are well established and documented.
