ESC’s Desk Side Support and Implementation unit offers Level 2 desktop maintenance for personal computers, laptops and media tablets while adhering to NIST guidelines. Our unit services around 5,000 workstations, hosts and in-house hardware repair shop, provides hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Within Desk Side Support and Implementation, Process Automation utilizes industry standard systems and processes to provide automated computer imaging, management of approved applications, update and patch management, permissions management, and custom reporting for software and hardware inventory. Desk Side Support and Implementation is continuously evolving with the latest technology and pressing forward with technology education and implementation.
