The Enterprise Services Center’s (ESC) Cybersecurity Shared Services Center is a professional service offering in the Federal space. ESC offers a broad spectrum of vetted cybersecurity services to fit the needs of any agency’s systems at any phase of their lifecycle.

  • Need assistance creating your system’s security documentation from scratch?
  • Need an independent assessment of your system or an assessment in support of your Continuous Monitoring and Ongoing Authorization?
  • Need specialized expertise to perform a targeted Penetration Test of your system environment?

ESC can help!

Vetting

  • In 2009 ESC was designated as a provider under the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Information System Security Line of Business (ISSLoB) program. This initiative has matured into the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Cyber Quality Services Management Office (QSMO) program. ESC’s vetted cybersecurity services are listed in the DHS/CISA Cyber Marketplace.
  • In 2012 ESC was designated as a Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) under the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). This program focuses on the security posture of systems with a cloud footprint. ESC is the only federal organization bearing this distinction.
  • ESC’s cybersecurity organizations are certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 17020.
  • ESC’s federal employees hold many industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications.

Business Model

  • ESC’s fed-to-fed cybersecurity services are provided on a fee-for-service, firm-fixed-price basis.
  • Our services are focused on adhering to the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the tailored RMF utilized by GSA’s FedRAMP program that affords our federal customers the ability to achieve/maintain FISMA compliance.

How to Receive Our Services

Reach out to us to start the conversation about your specific needs. If it seems like our services would be a good fit, we’ll send you a brief, single page Questionnaire to complete. If desired, our experts will assist you in filling out the Questionnaire. Upon receipt of the populated Questionnaire we will circle back with you to discuss the details of what you require. The Questionnaire allows us to individually quote your desired support services. Here are a few tips:

  • The less unknowns a future engagement has, the sharper our pencil can be.
  • Our Quotes are non-binding, but they will have an expiration date on them as we cannot reserve our staff earmarked for quoted projects indefinitely.
  • Plan ahead! We fill our schedules on a first come, first served basis.
  • Interagency Agreements are processed through Treasury’s G-Invoicing system.

Benefits

Our federal customers value our quality cybersecurity services, cost-effective service delivery, strict adherence to project schedules, fed-to-fed discussions and decades of cybersecurity experience providing cybersecurity services within the federal space.
