The ESC provides Service Desk Support 24/7/365 and is a Level 1 Service Desk Support facility. Customer Support Agents are the first point of contact for over 80,000 computer users. ESC's Customer Support Center follows the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice guidance for Information & Digital Services management. All customer support agents are certified by the Help Desk Institute in which membership is regulated by an international panel of experts in the field of technology.
