Some of the most important conversations are generated from employee input and feedback. In providing a culture of open communication, employees have the opportunity to communicate directly with management about anything (anonymously) via the ’We’re Listening’ portal. Thanks to the FAA Academy’s technical and virtual support, many issues have been brought to the attention of leadership, and were subsequently addressed.
Now, a new and improved version of ’We’re Listening’ is available for use by employees across the entire Aeronautical Center! We need your continued input to help create and sustain an open and collaborative work environment. This is a place to share your opinions, voice concerns, forward ideas, or request more information to become more involved.
Developed by the Quality Systems and Business Resources Staff (AMC-3), with the technical expertise of Ron Morgan, this new portal of communication is just one more way in which employees can become engaged and play a more active role in the Aeronautical Center’s culture.
The site is simple and easy to use. Upon visiting the portal, employees are immediately given the opportunity to enter a subject and detailed information about their issue or concern. There is also the option to categorize the submission, whether it stems from a general question, comment or idea; employee engagement; or facilities/construction. Entries into the system can be anonymous. However, if a direct response to an inquiry is desired, providing contact information allows someone from leadership the ability to provide a follow-up response.
So, what are you waiting for? Let us hear from you. We’re ’re listening.
