The Launch of an Exciting Opportunity is Coming - Career Development on Demand

Career Development on Demand

The Career Development On-Demand (CDO) program is an on-demand, self-paced, online career development resource established to ignite employees’ excitement about learning and enable them to take charge of their careers and to take advantage of opportunities.

CDO is for all FAA employees who aspire to develop their core competencies. The CDO program uses resources that are currently available, leverages functionality in eLMS, and provides additional tools and resources in a centralized location. CDO will be accessible to all FAA employees on August 22, 2022. For more information or questions please contact 9-AWA-AHR-AHD-CDO@faa.gov.
