The TARMAC: Training ARound MMAC

Heads-up! It’s coming! The end of the Fiscal Year will be upon us before you know it. As the saying goes, "Time flies when you’re having fun." This year has flown by, and it is hard to believe that we will soon be wrapping up the fiscal year and putting a bow on top. With the end of fiscal year almost here, it means that end-of-year training will also soon be due. Now is a good time for everyone to check their LMS Learning Plans and accomplish the trainings that will be coming due.

The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Federal Training Institute Partnership (FTIP) Virtual SES and Leadership Development Training leadership training courses are available - FREE OF CHARGE - to Feds (including one on persons with disability that is being taught by Mike Looney). This is a cooperative effort between the Federal Women’s Program, the Hispanic Employment Program, and the Hispanic Coalition of Aviation Employees (NHCFAE). Employees may sign up for one (or all) of the virtual workshops from July 27 through September 15, 2021. There are more than 30 highly interactive, participant-focused workshops that have been created to specifically address the professional and leadership development needs of the future federal workforce. Distinguished subject matter experts from across the federal government and the private sector will be leading these important workshops. Become the leaders of tomorrow that will understand, be sensitive to, and address the needs of all communities.
