Giving Your Voice Visibility
Vol.7 Issue 4
Use The We’re Listening Website

While decisions are made daily in the interest of organizations, the choices are way more effective when they are based on employee input and decisions. Employee’s suggestions play an integral role when ideas, concerns and opinions are communicated. To ensure that this open dialogue continues, we want to remind you of a few sources available to you that help leadership in making improvements at all levels of the organization. All comments will be heard and addressed, because it is your voice that turns comments into productivity, innovation and engagement.

While we have different surveys that run throughout the year and opportunities to provide reviews after an event, it’s imperative to let you know that these mediums are constant, open-door mechanisms that allow for feedback anytime throughout the year. It’s crucial to know that you have the ability to influence decisions at work through the feedback you provide.

Influence management’s decisions with your feedback

By contributing your ideas and recommendations, problems can be resolved together. Our efforts are aimed at workplace satisfaction but we can only achieve that if you share what it is relevant to you. Giving your voice visibility helps to improve productivity and collaboration. By incorporating your ideas into decision-making processes, we can incorporate a broader range of ideas and perspectives, giving the Aeronautical Center, the FAA and the Department of Transportation a more well-rounded approach that accurately represents our organization and our people.

  • We’re Listening!
This is an easy way to share an opinion, voice a concern, or contribute a comment. Submissions can be anonymous or not. Contributions are reviewed by the Employee Engagement Team in an effort to create and sustain an open and collaborative environment.

  • Ask the Director
Do you have something that you would specifically like to ask the Aeronautical Center Director?
Are you interested in a particular strategy or operational issue? The purpose of ’Ask the Director’ is to encourage open communication, gain feedback and allow for an important discussion. Whether the content involves a problem, a complaint, a suggestion or an observation, this email venue serves to address what’s on the mind of the employee.
