Having a Happy Customer is an Important Investment

For over 16 years, the Enterprise Services Center (ESC) has been providing important services to the Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Transportation. But, did you know that they also support many other federal agencies? One such agency is the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Just recently, the NCUA Chairman developed an initiative to recalculate how the individual credit union bills are derived, while introducing a new formula called the "Operating Fee Calculation."

Members of the ESC DELPHI Development Team jumped into action to meet the Chairman’s deadline. The Development Team made extensive modifications to the existing billing reports for NCUA, in addition to waiting for a new internal system at NCUA to be developed to forward the information to FAA’s DELPHI system. The Development Team held weekly meetings with the stakeholders at NCUA and many long hours were spent building technical solutions and modifying the output of the report. Leadership in ESC are pleased to report that the customers at NCUA are extremely happy with the diligence and professionalism they received from the ESC DELPHI Development Team, and the deliverable that the team was able to provide them in implementing Chairman’s initiative.
