New Payment Method in Place for MAPS Donations
Vol.6 Issue 3

Though most of us on the Aeronautical Center are currently working from home, you may wonder how the Mutual Aid Pledge System (M.A.P.S) payments can be collected in the event that a member passes away. Even if you are still working on the Center grounds, your M.A.P.S. representative might be teleworking, which makes a timely collection nearly impossible. We have good news! Payments in the event of a member’s death can now be made via PayPal!

You can either sign-up to pay via your personal computer, or you can make your five-dollar donation from the convenience of your cell phone. Here are sign up instructions for both Android and iOS platforms.

Regardless of the way you submit payment, it is very important to continue to do so in a timely manner. Those beneficiaries are dealing with a lot, and M.A.P.S. fund disbursements are a very important part of the healing process. Isn’t it great to be able to continue to provide assistance to our colleagues in need despite the obstacle of having to work from home?

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of the MAPS Officers.
