HYBRID WORKPLACE TRAINING FOR NON-MANAGERS

Tips for Employee Success in a Hybrid Work Environment
The purpose of this 60-minute, no-cost webinar for FAA non-managers is to provide practical, research-based strategies. The goal is to help non-managers maximize their productivity and engagement, and to foster better teamwork and collaboration, while working in an organization whose members are not physically co-located in the office 100% of the time.

Learning Objectives
At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Describe strategies for enhancing their team cohesiveness, engagement, and productivity in the hybrid work environment
  • Identify action steps to improve their effectiveness in a hybrid work environment
  • Identify resources to continue their learning as a hybrid team member

COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY: LISTENING, QUESTIONS, and FEEDBACK

When team members communicate effectively, they build a shared understanding of their purpose and goals. This alignment allows them to work cohesively toward achieving their objectives. This course is a core competency workshop for non-managers and is offered virtually at no cost.

Workshop Description
The purpose of this half-day workshop is to help non-managers up-level their conversational communication skills, specifically: active listening, asking good questions, and requesting, receiving, and giving feedback. This is one of several workshops offered by AHD’s Learning Solutions Team intended for FAA non-managers to develop the Core Competencies.

Learning Objectives
After completing this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Practice guidelines for active listening
  • Practice guidelines for asking good questions
  • Practice guidelines for requesting, receiving, and giving feedback
