You can register to become a part of the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP). You will connect with other federal employers as well as postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities. By conducting informational interviews with WRP applicants, you can exchange feedback and provide guidance to help strengthen candidate applications, creating documents that federal employers will later review, in order to locate potential interns and employees.

Federal employees can volunteer as WRP Recruiters with permission from their supervisor, and completion of online summer training.
