The Aero-Fitness Health Center located in the basement of the Registry building would like to congratulate Lance Smiley, Cilony Alejandro, and Jaime Cervantes. In January, The Aero-Fitness Health Center held a 5-week Transformation Challenge, entitled New Year, New You.

Competitors were able to solidify points by providing attendance, submitting food logs, participating in group classes offered, and the transformation difference through body fat percentage. Each member underwent a full physical analysis consisting of a body matrix and a physical test. We are proud to announce that everyone who participated showed improvement through the five week New Year, New You challenge.

With everyone improving physically, it was a rush to the finish line. There were three participants who shined! Jaime Cervantes came in third with an impressive 54 points, showing consistency with attendance. Cilony Alejandro was awarded second place with 75 points, due to her efforts she showed while attending the group classes offered. Lance Smiley took first place with his dedication of attendance to the facility, which resulted in the biggest body fat percentage difference, obtaining 78 points.

Jaime was awarded a swag bag from the Aero-Fitness Health Center, Ciloney was awarded two free months toward her membership, and Lance was awarded two free personal training sessions that he can utilize at any time. Thank you again to all members and congratulations, once again to our winners!
