Uniforms Identify New Mail and Distribution Services

On April 1, 2018, the Aeronautical Center’s Operations and Maintenance Division (AMP-300) began a new mail and distribution service contract with RIVA Solutions, providing mail courier services across the entire Center. Beginning in May 2018, RIVA employees should be easily identified by the wearing of new uniforms that includes shirts and hats showing the company’s logo.

The Mail and Distribution department handles over 1.3 million pieces of mail annually which includes all United States Postal Service (USPS) mail and priority packages to include Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and others. RIVA Solutions employees pick-up and deliver mail to 185 different locations across the Aeronautical Center once a day between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Outgoing Fed Ex packages are picked up Monday through Friday at 2:30 p.m. from the Mail Screening Facility. Special call-in service for priority items must be requested before 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. In addition to all the mail courier services provided, the Center’s Mail and Distribution service contract also provides the following related services:

  • Enterprise Services Center Tasks
  • Academy Student Box Pick-Up and Processing
  • CAMI Medical Forms Processing and Distribution
  • AJW Bulk Issuance Tech Ops Manual Storage
