MMAC Gets Upgrade to VPN
Vol.4 Issue 4
ESC’s new desktop icon

To meet growing demand and technology evolution, the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) is upgrading its Virtual Private Network (VPN). Starting the week of April 30th through June 1st, ESC is deploying the upgraded Juniper VPN Pulse Secure Network 8.3 client via the Microsoft SCCM deployment software

Employees are asking:

How do I know I have received the upgrade?
ESC-supported clients will see an additional icon (see icon on right) on their desktop once the upgrade is completed.

How do I make sure I receive the upgrade?
ESC-supported clients should plan on physically connecting their machines to the FAA network no later than June 1st for a full working day, to make sure they receive their upgrade. If ESC-supported clients have not received the upgrade by May 1st, please contact the CSC Help Desk at (405) 954-3000 option 3 or 9-NATL-CSC-Customer-Support-Center/AMC/FAA@faa.gov, to receive help in getting the upgrade.

How do I configure the upgrade once I receive it?
Please refer to the VPN – Pulse Secure Client Configuration instructions to configure your upgraded connection.
