The Accountability Board offers weekly training sessions to educate and encourage awareness regarding the prevention of harassment – a hostile work environment includes sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, and other types of inappropriate behavior either virtually or in person. FAA executives, managers, employees, and contractors will gain an understanding of the Accountability Board process, discuss transparent work-life scenarios and the consequences of creating a hostile or offensive work environment. Your engagement and participation will positively influence the FAA culture and support FAA’s commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment.
This training is open to everyone. Training completion credit will be given to everyone, including FAA managers and supervisors who attend. No registration is required. Visit the Accountability Board home page for more information.
The Office of Career and Leadership Development (AHD) ensures every FAA employee has continuous opportunities to learn and grow. While that office does not offer technical or occupation-specific development, they do encourage employees to work with their managers on an Individual Development Plan.
