The conference will encourage guests to learn more about the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) safety mission while offering engaging training and networking opportunities. The U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) welcomes you to save the date for the 9th Annual DOT Cybersecurity Symposium in honor of Cybersecurity Awareness Month. There will be virtual Cyber Coffee Hour sessions every Wednesday for an hour, leading up to the Symposium. October 22 through October 24, 2024, is when this three-day on-site event begins. The Symposium this year will cover important subjects like insider threats, artificial intelligence, and zero trust through a combination of speaker sessions, lively panel discussions, and interactive workshops. Participants in these seminars can earn self-reportable Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits as well as Role-Based Training (RBT) credits.
