Interested in recognizing a fellow employee or a colleague who provided you with exceptional service? The 2024 Southwest Regional Administrator Awards are here, and the award categories include trust, integrity, value, empathy, and innovation. Nominations are needed by April 25, 2024. The FAA's Southwest Region covers Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

It only takes about 3-minutes or less to submit a nomination. Submissions can be made on any electronic device. The Regional Administrator Awards for the Southwest Region has been established to recognize the contributions of Southwest Region employees. The selected recipients will exemplify the highest attributes demonstrated through their trust, integrity, value, empathy, and innovation contributions. These words mean different things to everyone, but all contributions are significant. It takes mere minutes to nominate a peer or colleague for recognition. We look forward to hearing about the critical contributions occurring around our region.

This streamlined and efficient process is designed for quick and easy recognition of your co-workers! Instead of having to produce time-consuming formal write-ups, the focus has been shifted to highlight the genuine content of contributions made across all levels of the organization. Submitting a nomination only takes a matter of minutes from start to finish! This is a quick way to recognize excellence effortlessly!

Nomination Guidelines:

• Nominations will only be accepted during the Annual Call for Nominations.
• Nominations shall reflect accomplishments within the SW Region during the FY 2023-2024 timeframe.
• Any employee may nominate a team, group, or organization from the Southwest Region.
• Any employee assigned to a line of business in the SW Region and whose work directly supports initiatives within the SW Region is eligible to be nominated.
• Contract personnel are not eligible to be nominated.
• Individuals/teams can be nominated in multiple categories for different accomplishments.
• Each nomination can only be placed in one category.
