Clear Out the Clutter: MMAC Electronics Recycling & Office Cleanout Event

Excessed equipment from across the Aeronautical Center

The Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) has once again demonstrated its commitment to environmental stewardship and community collaboration. Through its recent Electronics Recycling initiative, the Center successfully collected over 100 tons of electronic waste – an achievement that underscores the power of collective action.

A special thank you goes to the Logistics Support Facility (LSF), Thomas Road Warehouse, and Moving Services teams for their invaluable assistance. Their efforts ensured seamless transportation of surplus items to the SAIC depot, making this initiative a smooth and efficient operation.

This event sets a powerful example for future sustainability initiatives at the Aeronautical Center. It serves as a reminder of what can be achieved when a community comes together with a shared mission.
