Oklahoma City's annual downtown holiday celebration offers plenty of family-friendly activities between now and January. The Devon Ice Rink is open for ice skating in the Myriad Botanical Gardens, 301 W Reno Avenue.

Another popular event, the Snow Tubing Winter Festival at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is now open, with weekend sessions until Dec. 19th and then with daily sessions offered except on Christmas Day. Also occurring is the SandRidge Santa Run, Winter Shoppes at the Myriad Gardens and Pop-Up Shops at Midtown; performances by Lyric Theatre, the OKC Philharmonic, the Oklahoma City Ballet, Reduxion Theater; adventures at the Oklahoma River; lights in Automobile Alley; and much more.

Devon Energy celebrates Christmas in a big way.


Downtown in December presented by Devon, is a series of holiday events and attractions in the heart of Oklahoma City. It’s a one-of-a-kind winter experience that features thrilling outdoor ice skating, afternoon visits with Santa Claus, a festive holiday run, snow tubing, free water taxi excursions, performing arts, shopping, and parties... all surrounded by twinkling holiday lights. Most events are free of charge and there is an open invitation for all to attend.
