The FAA and the Department of Transportation (DOT) partnered together to develop the FY24 SAT course. We encourage you to get ahead of your mandatory training and complete this course in eLMS at your earliest convenience. This training is due June 30, 2024, for all federal employees and contractors.

MyIT Update: Wikis in Microsoft Teams Will Be Sunset

Please be aware that from April 2024 onward, neither Wiki tabs nor the Wiki app will be accessible through Teams. Users will no longer have the ability to export their wikis. However, users will still be able to download their wikies from SharePoint. What do you need to do now? Please follow the simple instructions on the Microsoft™ webpage to:

• Export your Wiki content to OneNote if you have a standard channel, or
• Cut/paste your Wiki content to OneNote if you have a private channel.

Manager’s Corner FAA General Offboarding & IT Offboarding

Do you have an employee preparing to leave the FAA? Are you leaving the FAA? If yes, keep reading for important information on your responsibilities as a manager. Learn more about the general offboarding FAA Clearance Process.

Part of offboarding includes ensuring that FAA-issued, AIT-managed computers/laptops and peripherals (excluding monitors and desktop printers) are returned to the Office of Information & Technology (AIT) and that IT-related accounts are disabled following an employee’s departure. Mandatory Training

It is important to log in to eLMS to check assigned training that is due. There are a few mandatory training sessions that are due annually. They are due one year from the date that you take the course, which means employees have different due dates for these trainings. Below is a partial list of mandatory training.
