Q12 Survey – Your Role as an Important Stakeholder
Vol.10 Issue 2
Your Feedback Matters!

Aeronautical Center Employees represent a dedicated and engaged workforce. With so many varied missions across the Aeronautical Center, it is impressive that all the work accomplished at this one facility contributes significantly to the overall mission of the FAA, which is to provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world.

If you are part of an AMC-related organization (AMA, AMK, AMP, and AMC), by now, you should have received an email with a link to the 2024 AMC Employee Engagement Survey.

We hope you’ll take a few minutes to complete the survey and give your honest input. From this one survey, so many changes and improvements have been made to the Aeronautical Center’s workplace and culture. Action plans have been developed to address and track essential concerns. We’ve seen advancements in alternative work schedules like telework, achieving tremendous cost savings/cost avoidance (and doing so ahead of schedule), and improving survey results in the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. Our engagement scores continue to improve, as we have witnessed by being recognized as one of the Top Places to Work in Oklahoma for the 4th consecutive year.

Survey results help us make decisions based on objective information and help us compile data-driven results. By giving us your candid input, we can better understand the things in the work environment that are most important to you. This is one of the primary platforms to voice your opinions and concerns anonymously. Leadership is actively listening and wanting to know what you think. The deadline to complete the survey is March 6th. We hope you will provide feedback; your role as a vested stakeholder is critical to the success of the Aeronautical Center.
